Mentoring for women

The workplace has improved dramatically but there remains a "soft glass ceiling" for women. Access to senior colleagues, limited support from senior women, and even positive discrimination still act as hurdles.

Having experienced her fair share of discrimination*, Naomi is determined to support other women where she can. This can be general careers advice and support or specific to a situation (interview practice, pitch preparation, how to handle a difficult boss).

*Buy her a glass of wine and she'll tell you some great stories.

Mentoring for people with late-diagnosed autism

A late diagnosis of autism can be a relief or pose many new questions. What a diagnosis doesn't answer is how to manage relationships, an office environment, sensory overload and, not least, colleague scepticism.

Often, diagnosis happens later in life because of the learned behaviours that mask it - eye contact, small talk, time management, executive function. But the cognitive load is considerable.

Naomi received a late diagnosis and is keen to help other professionals, of any gender. This could be one-off or regular conversations, or referral to her contacts who specialise in neurodiversity mentoring.
